The value pick: flagship-style roller mopping and ~93% pet-hair pickup at a mid-range price — as long as you can live with a thin unmopped strip at the edges and no mop-only mode.

The Eufy E25 Omni is the value pick because it brings features that used to be flagship-only — a self-cleaning roller mop, strong suction, and an all-in-one dock that empties dust and washes and dries the mop — down to a mid price, especially at its frequent sale price. It won't match the very best robots on navigation or obstacle avoidance, and the dock is large, but for most homes it delivers the bulk of flagship performance for a lot less money.

What we like

  • Self-cleaning roller mop usually reserved for pricier models
  • All-in-one dock empties, washes, and dries
  • Strong suction for the price
  • Frequent sale pricing well under $700

Trade-offs

  • Roller can't mop fully to the baseboards, leaving a thin unmopped strip along walls
  • Handles everyday mopping well but struggles with baked-on dried stains
  • No true mop-only mode
  • First-run mapping/app setup can be fiddly, and high-pile carpet needs no-go zones because the mop lift is modest

Best for

Value-focused buyers who want flagship-style features — a self-cleaning roller mop and a full all-in-one dock — without paying flagship prices.

Avoid if

You want the very best obstacle avoidance and navigation, or you have a large multi-room home that needs maximum battery range.

The Eufy E25 Omni is the value pick of the current robot-vacuum field: flagship-style automation and genuinely good cleaning at a mid-range, frequently-discounted price — it launched at a $1,299 MSRP and now typically street-sells closer to $899, sometimes less. Its defining feature is a HydroJet roller mop instead of the usual pads — an edge-to-edge roller that's continuously scraped and rinsed as it works, so only a clean surface touches the floor and there's no pad-washing pause mid-clean. Paired with Eufy's DuoSpiral anti-tangle brush, it's outstanding for pet homes: independent testers measured near-zero hair tangling, pet-hair pickup around 93%, and an 88% embedded-carpet-debris score that comfortably beats the category average. Obstacle avoidance is solid (21 of 24 objects in Vacuum Wars testing), and the self-emptying, mop-washing, mop-drying dock keeps upkeep down to occasional water refills. The honest limits are about edges and tough mopping: the roller doesn't extend, so a thin strip stays unmopped along baseboards; it lifts everyday films fine but struggles with baked-on stains; and because the mop lift is modest, Eufy itself advises no-go zones for medium- and high-pile carpet so it doesn't dampen them. There's also no true mop-only mode, first-run mapping can be fiddly, and an early water-tank leak issue has since been addressed. For mixed hard-floor, pet-heavy homes on a budget, it's a lot of robot for the money.
