The do-it-all creator camera. The A7 IV pairs a 33MP full-frame sensor with Sony's sticky Eye AF and real 10-bit video, so one body shoots pro stills and content. 4K60 is cropped and the burst is only 10fps, but for both jobs at once it's the benchmark.

The A7 IV builds a 33MP full-frame sensor and Sony's class-leading Eye AF, which tracks humans, animals, and birds and simply doesn't let go, into a weather-sealed workhorse that's equally happy shooting a wedding or a YouTube channel, with 10-bit 4:2:2 video and S-Log3. The honest caveats: 4K60 crops to Super35, the 10fps burst isn't built for sports or wildlife, and the menus are famously deep. But for one body that does professional-grade stills and content equally well, it's the do-it-all standard.
