Michal Zucker
Fitness, Movement & Wellbeing Editor
I'm a certified fitness instructor trained at the Wingate Institute, Israel's national center for sport and physical education — and, just as importantly, someone who actually trains. I'm an endurance cyclist, a yoga practitioner, a Latin dancer, and a mom, so I test the ideas I write about against real hours on the bike, on the mat, and on my own two feet. That's the lens I bring to PickGrade: fitness, movement, recovery, and the mind-body side of health. When a product promises better sleep, faster recovery, more accurate training data, or a healthier body, I care about what it actually delivers in a real routine — not the marketing claim. Where a device makes a training or health measurement, I look at whether you can trust the number and whether it changes anything you'd actually do. I'm also a lawyer, with a double bachelor's degree in law and economics from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). The lawyer in me reads the fine print and the health claims critically; the economist weighs whether a feature is worth its price. Together they keep me honest about the difference between a genuine benefit and a well-marketed one.
